As part of Mel's Sweetness, 'Tempered Blocks' represents our chocolate masterpieces using the best quality materials. The products on this page only use branded couverture dark and milk chocolate.



Apart from truffles and enrobed chocolates, we still using moulds for our finished products. We carefully selected these moulds from well known mould maker from Belgium and Italy to complement the exquisite taste of our chocolate.



Our selection of moulds provide choices for our customers to choose from. This means that any chocolate flavours are not limited to single shape.



We believe that it is important for the customers to have their own taste and preference as to how they want to enjoy their chocolate.

75% Dark Chocolate

This is a plain dark chocolate with 75% Cocoa content. This extra bitter chocolate really works well in this Chocolate World mould with additional artwork from the transfer sheet. Please call or email for inquiry.
